Meet Thalia Kleckin Life and Transformation Coach
Q1.What is your project about?
Thalia Kleckin: As a life and transformation coach I support women and corporate leaders step into the power of who they really are by guiding them to prioritise authentic expression in the way they live and lead. For me, authenticity is committing to being the best version of ourselves. I deeply believe that there is power and beauty in the truth and imperfections of who we really are, and until we bring these into the light we cannot expect to pursue the dreams we’ve been hiding in our heart.
Through coaching, consultations, training, and talks, I lovingly hold space for my clients to face fear head, tap into their potential and undo the negative internal stories that been holding them back from change. Why? Because life’s too short to try to be anyone but ‘you’.
Q2.Where did the original idea stem from?
Thalia Kleckin: This stemmed from my own personal journey of playing small. I was afraid to be visible, to speak my truth and to find and embrace the true me. It took me several years of inner work, combined with working in corporate where I managed, trained, and coached people to see that this was a pattern running through the workplace. Having coached leaders, I found many of them afraid to speak out, and be authentic. I’ve learned that chasing your dreams starts with knowing who you are and being you unapologetically.
Q3. What challenges have you experienced in your journey so far?
Thalia Kleckin: Getting my message out to the masses and in front of my ideal clients. There are so many coaches in the online world that at times it can be challenging breaking through the noise. This is where my belief in being authentic and embracing who I am helps. No one else can do what I do in the way I do it . One of the other challenges is channeling all of my ideas. As a multi-passionate women ideas spring to mind all the time. Allowing time to just dream/create is crucial to my sanity and productivity.
Q4. What is that you are trying to achieve by the end of the year?
Thalia Kleckin: Goals I’m working on achieving up until end of this year include; growing my Instagram and Facebook followings, setting up a tube channel with ‘how to’ videos and trainings, starting a group coaching course, and of course helping as many women and corporate leaders live their dream life by harnessing the power of their true authentic selves.
Q5. What do you want the legacy of your project to be known for?
Thalia Kleckin: I would love to be known for shinning a light on women’s beauty. My hope is for women to stop believing the lies that the media and society have ingrained in our psyches of having to look a certain way, be a certain someone and live a certain life. I hope to be able to help women do this and therefore live life on their terms.
Q6. Where can people find you
