Service Description

- Configuring and creating JIRA project which includes 1. configuring workflows 2. Screens, custom fields 3. Complex JQLs and using script runner. 4. Developing wiki pages and administrating confluence 5. Setup for clients and using the integration with JIRA to produce reports. - Providing Agile Coaching. - Providing advice on the best use & selection of tools from the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, portfolio etc). - Managing the administration of JIRA and Confluence, whilst ensuring that the business gets the best value from these tools (keeping the user license and overall costs down). - Creating any additional training material on the use of Jira, Confluence and associated add-ons and integrations. Please note that requirements are based on a Time and expenses.
